CLAWPACK

Clawpack 4.4

Clawpack is being reorganized and restructured with a number of improvements.

Clawpack 4.4 has recently been started as a transition towards Clawpack 5.0. Clawpack 4.4 will have essentially the same Fortran codes as in 4.3, combined with new Python scripts and modules for the user interface, including specifying input data and plotting results. Not all of the Clawpack 4.3 codes and examples have been converted to this form yet.

See the Status and Recent Changes page of the documentation for a summary of the latest changes.

The current development version can be browsed from the Trac wiki, where you will also find information on downloading from the Subversion repository.

Currently (September, 2009) this includes only 1d, 2d routines and some examples.

Some examples from the book FVMHP have been converted and are in the book subdirectory of the main Clawpack 4.4 directory. You can browse these book examples.
